Healthy Weight Loss For Life

Weight Loss Program

Your healthy weight loss program is not just to look good. You should not be trying to lose weight just to feel good, to fit into some clothes, boost your self esteem or for a myriad of reasons we can think of. Your healthy weight loss program can save your life. Yes, losing weight is a matter of life and death and if you are not committed to live longer the keep doing what you are doing. Whether it is heart disease, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, or really any disease you can think of, being overweight is a cause and losing weight is a cure. ther is study after study that prove excess fat is a contributing factor to shortened life expectancy. Whether we are in a recesion, depression or prosperous times, we have found a way to eat too much of the wrong stuff and gain weight. So if you want to live longer lose weight.

Prevent Cancer

I was watching Oprah ( my wife forced me to watch with her) and she interviewed 85 year old billionaire businessman David Murdock who plans to live to be at least 125 years old. Mr. Murdock can do 50 pushups without stopping at 85. How many can you do? Over 2o years ago Mr. Murdock lost his wife to cancer. In his search to try to save her. Using all his millions to research and try to find a cure for cancer he found out it was too late for her. But, the reason she got cancer was that they were simply not eating right. You would think they ate the best of everything. In fact God gave us all the best of everything. Genesis 1:29 states he gaves all the fruit, vegetables, herbs, seeds, and nuts as the food that would be meet to us. So after spending millions David Murdock realized that his main problem was to eat a diet that consisted mainly of fruit and vegetables. They took a look at his average daily diet and he had an egg white vegetarian omelet for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and another salad with fish for dinner. Throughout the day he would have 3 or 4 fruit juice or smoothies. Now I have not spent millions of dollars but that sounds like my daily diet. It sounds very similar to what I advise everyone I talk to. What he did not say, yet they showed it, he is very active and he exercises regularly.

My Motivation

David Murdock had a similar motivation to me. We both had people who were close to us succumb to cancer. We both began to search and learn as much as we could on how to prevent cancer and live longer, starting with trying to help our loved ones. He los his wife, I lost my father. During our research we both came up with the same solution. That is we need to eat a healthy diet, lose weight and exercise regularly to live longer. David and I both changed our lives and our eating habits. the difference is that David is a billionaire and had unlimited resources and I have the internet and the library. David talked to and hired the best medical minds, I read their books and articles. But to put it simply we all need a weight loss program that we we will eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly and take a natural nutritional supplement to enhance our diets. David has been successfully doing this for 20 years. I have for a year. I have lost 40 puonds and kept it off. David says he needs no medicine and has no medical problems not even a cold. David is my hero and God has showm me that I am on the right path. You can be also. The choice is yours.

    Diane,
I have lost over 40 pounds not counting calories just eating healthy and exercising regularly. There are very few calories in fruit and vegetables. You need to eat a small meal every 2 to 3 hours 5 to 6 times a day. Drink plenty of water and exercise regularly and you will also lose weight. Yes we need to eliminate or greatly reduce things that are not good for our health but bread every now and then is ok, especially 100% whole grain bread. In addition to eating right and regular exercise, try Advocare Weight Loss products to help supplement your diet and promote healthy weight loss. Go to the Advocare weight loss page for more information and leave me your email address and i will forward a specific plan of what to eat when to help you succeed.

If you are one to count calories follow the link to the nutrition generator and this program will help you count calories as a part of your weight loss program.

I like the idea of only eating fruits and vegetables and nuts but if I eat to much of these including fish or chicken I beleive I will not loose weight so their must be a sort of diet and quantities to follow.
I also love bread and here I would never eat it again.
How about desert never any cake or pies…..

I do not know exactly what he juices everyday. It changes from day to day. He juices fruit and vegetables that are good good for your health. He says 15 or more different ones. The mixture changes everyday. I juice twice a day as well and it really depends on the fruit and vegetables that I buy when shop.

There is no David Murdock Diet per se He just eats primarily fruit and vegetables, no red meat and lean chicken, turkey and fish. But, his focus is primarily fruit and vegetables.

I am almost 74 and am healthy but I would like to know the ingredients David Murdock uses in his blender/processor for his thick drink he drinks throughout the day.
