Healthy Weight Loss Program: My 3 Day Fruit Fast. Day 2
My 3 Day Fruit Fast.
Yesterday was a good day. I stayed true and strong on my 3 day fresh fruit fast. I ate a lot of fruit that was a variety. I drank plenty of water and a couple of cups of green tea. The exercise was good not great. One issue I had is my stretching was limited and I need to focus on the stretch and resistance training today. My devotion time was rich and I believe God gave me great insight into His Word and His Heart. I look forward to the fasting and prayer today. Yesterday was a very good day.
Eating a healthy diet is an essential part of my healthy weight loss program. Fasting and prayer are also. As I focus on God my mind is set at peace and any focus on the anxieties of life is removed and I am therefore free of stress to pursue the things God has called me to pursue. That is to fast and pray. This is my healthy weight loss program. Today I have a special focus on resistance training and stretching while I stay committed to my devotion, drinking plenty of water and healthy eating on this day 2 of my 3 day fruit fast.
