Fitness Challenge November
My goal is simple. I am to walk or jog 2 miles every day. Day 3 was a challenge. I can use my precious time and this valuable space to give you all the reasons I did not meet my goal yesterday. But, I will tell you the truth. It was not my priority. Other things took precedent. Tuesdays will always be a fitness challenge to me. We all have those scheduled days that will be tough. Yet we must meet the challenge and stay motivated and focused.
I am Committed, Motivated and Focused.
I did not commit any time to my fitness challenge yesterday but I am committed, motivated and focused. I will meet my goal of walking or jogging 60 miles in November. I will lose 4 pounds in November. I will continue to eat healthy, exercise regularly and take my nutrional vitamin supplements. One day without exercise does not negate your healthy weight loss program. I am still on pace to accomplish my goals in the fitness challenge.
See You tomorrow with grat results.
Be Blessed. Be a Blessing.
