<p>As you reach a certain fitness level you want to increase your walking intensity to lose more weight and improve your health. After a week or two you will be able to increase your speed and or even go longer. In any case you should increase your intensity in your walking weight loss plan.</p>
<p><strong>Walking for Health</strong></p>
<p>If we use the Maasai Tribe in Africa as an example we will learn the benefits of walking and heart disease. Their diet is basically meat and milk from the cattle they herd. Their diets are very high fat. A diet of similar fat content for the average American would make heart disease inevitable. As they were studied and autopsies done upon their death it was learned that their diets caused considerable damage to their heart and blood vessels. Yet heart disease, cancer and diabetes are unheard of among them. The simple reason is that they walk 10 to 20 miles a day. Now I know there are not many of us who can add 10 to 20 miles of daily walking  to our lifestyle. But if we eat a healthy diet and walk 1 to 3 miles a day while adding resistance exercise to our weight loss program we will decrease our risk of many diseases as well. We can reduce the risk of every major disease by adding a brisk walk to our daily lives.</p>
<p><strong>Walk for Life</strong></p>
<blockquote><p>I recently read a cartoon caption that had the patient saying to the doctor, &#8220;I can not add one hour of walking to my busy schedule each day.&#8221; The doctor replied, &#8220;maybe you can fit being dead 24 hours a day into your schedule. <p>The choice is ours. Whether we add walking to our weight loss program for weight loss or for health, we must get in shape and eat a healthy diet plan. <p>As I struggle with my personal healthy <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://healthyweightloss4babyboomers.com/archives/category/weight-loss#utm_source=feed&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=feed" target="_blank">weight loss program</a> I know many things that I must do to be successful in my weight loss goals. I know that my success is based on eating a healthy diet, following a specific fitness program that includes both aerobic exercise and resistance training. I know that a safe and effective natural nutritional supplement program like the <a href="https://www.advocare.com/09051455/Store/CatalogView.aspx?id=BT" target="_blank">Advocare weight loss program</a> will help me achieve my goals as I strive to stay focused and motivated. I know, I know, I know. But this knowledge may seam like obsession to others.</p>
<p><strong>Weight Loss Program Passion</strong></p>
<p>I am passionate about a few things in my life. You tend to share those things that you are passionate about because you emerse yourself in them. You read as much as possible. You research and associate yourself with people who are resources and have like passions. I know this is what I do. But, unfortunately to some people who are close to yu this may seam like obsession not passion. I observe other people and comment on their body types, what they eat and whether I think they are working out or not. I talk about the foods we eat all the time commenting on its health benefits or how it can be detrimental to our health. I talk about articles I write and research I have done. All this is natural to me because this is my passion. This passion is a key part of the success mindset we all need to achieve whatever goals we set. We must realize that we are passionate and consumed by that passion but everyone around us may not be. So regardless of my passion for my weight loss program and the advocare weight loss program It is not my wifes passion or that of many of my friends. I also love the Lord and am passionate about His Word and sharing that Word. My wife also loves God but she does not share the same passion as I do. Therefore I need to maintain balance. I need to be balanced in my conversation and balanced in my relationships, yet maintain my passion.</p>
<p><strong>Weight Loss Program Mindset</strong></p>
<p>It is my passion that fuels my mindset to stay focused on acomplishing my goals. It is my passion that feeds the desire to sacrifice and change old habits to create new and positive habits. It is the passion to research more and more knowledge to change my mindset and values to not just have a weight loss program but to be that weight loss program. We are what we put in our bodies and we are what we put in our minds. Therefore, use your desire and your passion to make the right choices because your mindset is focused on your goals because your goals are your passion.</p>

<p>I have been fortunate in my career life. I have spent years doing something that I had a passion to do. Though I have not always achieved the financial success I wanted that was not my passion. My passion has always been centered around the knowledge that God blessed me with can really help people and even save their lives. For God said my people parrish for lack of knowledge.
