Healthy Weight Loss Program.

I want you to know that God is a forgiving God. He forgives us despite ourselves. He even forgives our lack of commitment to His will and His Laws. Yet he wants us to always be committed to doing His will on earth as it is in heaven. It is His will that we get healthy and stay healthy. That is why we all need a healthy weight loss program.

God Forgives.

God set certain laws into effect. Man calls them the laws of nature but we know them as God’s laws. His laws also govern our health. The law is simple yet many choose to ignore it. We all know ignorance is no excuse.

Healthy Diet and Regular Exercise.

Simply, if you eat right and exercise regularly you will be healthy. The two critical components are a healthy diet and regular exercise. Conversely if you do not eat right (which no one really does because our food source is contaminated) or you do not get enough exercise you will not be healthy. Hence, many (if not all) disease can be traced back to our poor diet, lack of exercise and our unhealthy environment.

Forgiving God.

Yet, God is a forgiving God. We are not struck dead instantly for putting poison into our bodies (that is really what we consume). We are not paralyzed for not using our bodies as God has intended us to. It is slow death for what we eat and we are slowly paralyzed for our lack of inactivity. Yet at any point that we decide to eat right and exercise regularly our health improves. This is called repentance and forgiveness.

Repentance and Forgiveness.

Yes, there is a point that it is too late. But none of us have reached that point. In His Grace and Mercy God has called us all back into fellowship with Him and allowed us to change by eating healthy and exercising regularly.

Truly if you see the Grace of God you see that there are healthy natural nutritional vitamin supplements that will help you to improve your overall diet and get your body in alignment with how He intended us to be. These are also instruments of His Forgiveness. But we must eat healthy and exercise regularly.

* Eat a small meal 5 to 6 times a day.

* Eat every 3 hours.

* Drink 1 to 2 8 ounce glasses of water every 3 hours, 8 or more a day.

* Eat 3-4 servings of fruit daily.

* Eat 4-5 servings of vegetables daily.

Exercise every day. Cardio exercise and resistance training are both mandatory.

Take Nutritional vitamin supplements to support your healthy diet and weight loss.

God is a forgiving God.

Forgive yourself.

Repent.

Eat Healthy and Exercise Daily.

Until we do we can not fully follow his will for our lives.

Be Blessed. Be a Blessing. Yes You Can Lose Weight.

Healthy Weight Loss Program.

Eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly and use nutritional vitamin supplements. These are the cornerstones to a healthy weight loss program. First on the list is to eat a healthy diet which consists of eat early, eat often, eat less, eat regularly and eat healthy. To eat early is to eat a healthy breakfast. Eat often is to eat 5 to 6 meals a day. Eat less requires you to eat smaller portions at each meal. Eating regularly is every 3 hours or breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, evening snack. Finally to eat healthy is to make healthy choices when you eat each meal or snack.

Eat Healthy Snacks.

If you eat 5 to 6 times a day half of your meals will be snacks. The purpose of a “snack” is to provide energy and nourishment to take you to the next meal. As such snacks are usually smaller and less calories. The problem most people have is they choose the wrong thing to snack on. Take a snickers bar. A top selling snack that has 200 calories, 26 grams of processed sugar and virtually no healthy nutritional value. As opposed to an average size apple that has about 87 calories, 17 grams of healthy sugar and is packed with vitamin c, potassium and other nutritious vitamins and minerals.

Healthy Choices.

Most people do not get enough fruit and vegetables, whole grains, nuts and beans in their daily diets. We can use our snacks to ensure we do. An easy and comparatively inexpensive choice is fresh fruit. The snickers bar in the previous example cost about $1.00 where a bag of apples may cost you $3.00 to $4.00 for 8 to 12 apples. But, you should choose a wide variety of fruit or even some vegetables make good snacks. Nuts are a great source of protein with no fat or sugar. Plain Cheerios and a few other cereals provide a healthy alternative as they are made from whole grains. Make sure you read the labels to avoid processed sugars and sodium which are in excess in many cereals.

Fresh Fruit and Vegetables.

We should eat 3 to 4 servings of fruit daily and 4 to 5 servings of vegetables daily as well. If we get into the habit of adding fruit as a healthy snack and  two servings of vegetables to lunch and dinner we can easily meet our daily requirement of fresh fruit and vegetables. This alone will improve your health and help you lose weight.

Healthy Weight Loss.

To lose weight is just changing a few minor habits. There may not be a need for crazy crash diets, fad diets, lotions, pills and potions that promise the world. One such habit is to eat 5 to 6 meals a day including 2 to 3 healthy snacks.This is a simple key to your healthy weight loss program.

Be Blessed. Be a Blessing. Yes You Can Lose Weight.
