Healthy Weight Loss Program.

I want you to know that God is a forgiving God. He forgives us despite ourselves. He even forgives our lack of commitment to His will and His Laws. Yet he wants us to always be committed to doing His will on earth as it is in heaven. It is His will that we get healthy and stay healthy. That is why we all need a healthy weight loss program.

God Forgives.

God set certain laws into effect. Man calls them the laws of nature but we know them as God’s laws. His laws also govern our health. The law is simple yet many choose to ignore it. We all know ignorance is no excuse.

Healthy Diet and Regular Exercise.

Simply, if you eat right and exercise regularly you will be healthy. The two critical components are a healthy diet and regular exercise. Conversely if you do not eat right (which no one really does because our food source is contaminated) or you do not get enough exercise you will not be healthy. Hence, many (if not all) disease can be traced back to our poor diet, lack of exercise and our unhealthy environment.

Forgiving God.

Yet, God is a forgiving God. We are not struck dead instantly for putting poison into our bodies (that is really what we consume). We are not paralyzed for not using our bodies as God has intended us to. It is slow death for what we eat and we are slowly paralyzed for our lack of inactivity. Yet at any point that we decide to eat right and exercise regularly our health improves. This is called repentance and forgiveness.

Repentance and Forgiveness.

Yes, there is a point that it is too late. But none of us have reached that point. In His Grace and Mercy God has called us all back into fellowship with Him and allowed us to change by eating healthy and exercising regularly.

Truly if you see the Grace of God you see that there are healthy natural nutritional vitamin supplements that will help you to improve your overall diet and get your body in alignment with how He intended us to be. These are also instruments of His Forgiveness. But we must eat healthy and exercise regularly.

* Eat a small meal 5 to 6 times a day.

Healthy Weight Loss Program.

My entire life I have battled with my weight. This is how I was raised.  My parents had weight management issues as well.  Of course they taught me how and what to eat. When we ate we would eat until we were full.  A few  moments later, after the blotted felling was gone, we would have dessert.  After the unnecessary dessert, we would all gather around the TV for some family time. Without fail someone would eventually get up and throw a bag of buttered popcorn into the microwave.

The American Diet.

This experience is lived out in many American families today. We are training our kids to be overweight and out of shape. Today the kids may not sit in front of the TV with the family, they may be playing a video game, on the internet or watching television. There are so many things that our children do today that do not give them the activity they need nor the healthy diets our bodies required. The good thing about this situation is that the meals were ususally home cooked. Today as a culture many families eat as much fast food or quick microwave dishes as they do healthy food. Fruit and vegetables are not nearly as important as they were when I grew up and yet I still had a weight management problem. What do you think we are teaching our kids today.

My Healthy Weight Loss Program.

Not until I was nearly 50 years old and began to see my family and friends suffer for their unhealthy lifestyles did I realize that my diet and lack of regular exercise was killing me and my family. Then I took it upon myself to change things. My kids where in high school and they were very opposed to change, yet they recognized the changes I made and yielded somewhat. I can only imagine how much more healthier they would be if I had always ate healthy. My wife was also looking for a change so she willingly accepted my leadership in this area. I understand unless I committed to eating healthy and exercising regularly no one would in my family.
