Motivation For Healthy Weight Loss.

It is not easy to stay motivated all the time during a healthy weight loss program. You are often tempted to go back to your old eating habits or to miss works outs. Many people around distract you from your program. To be successful you must stay motivated. Here are a few tips to keep you motivated to meet your weight loss goals.

Have Fun

The most important thing you can do in your weight loss program is to have fun. There is nothing worse than doing something that you do not enjoy and that will quickly eleminate any motivation you have at all. Make your work outs different and fun. Pick up activities you always wanted to do. Having fun is the most underestimated motivator and ironically, it is the most potent. Having fun creates enthusiasm and helps you keep going even when you see no results.

Visualize

Your weight affects various aspects in your life. It makes you feel good and more confident, reduces health problems and other ailments. You have your own “whys”, visualize them. Feel as if you are already experiencing the benefits. Visualize how you would look, walk, talk being slim? As you increasingly visualize the successful you, you feel the results and you become the results and are therefore motivated to keep going.

Weight Loss Partner

Whether they are an accountability partner, someone who is working out with you, a weight loss coach or just someone you just talk to; sharing your goals with others will increase your chances to succeed while on a fat loss program. Even a support group can be helpful. If you can’t find a group, join one on the internet. People pursuing the same goal will keep you motivated. Please do not seek condolences, but motivation, success stories and tips. Those will get you inspired!

Set Realistic Goals

Some goals are unattainable and unacheivable. This will only discourage you because you may feel as you failed. Make your goals realistic and your activities realistic. If you can only commit 30 minute a day to your exercise program fine. Follow a fixed routine with regular exercise and a healthy diet. Create positive goals by doing the activites that you can and will commit to until you achieve them.

Write and Review your Goals 

Write it in your dairy, journal or stick it on your mirror so that you see it every day. This will constantly remind you and reinforce your goal. Review your goals, keep a track of your weight and analyze what you could have done better.

Reward Yourself

Rewarding yourself helps keeping you motivated. Your rewards should be realistic and meaningful. You should reward yourself when you reach your set limit like go out for movies or buy something for yourself. Your rewards should not go against your healthy weight loss program. Do not eat extra sweets or skip a workout as a reward. This only sets you back.

Motivation is the driving force to any healthy weight loss program. It “glues” together the other components you are utilizing: a healthy diet plan, nutritional vitamin supplements and an regular exercise program. To sum up, you should think about the end result every day and visualize the benefits.  By developing a program that is motivating you set yourself up to succeed at meeting your weight loss goals.

As we educate ourselves on how to lose weight and keep it off we may be overwhelmed by the barrage  of information thrown at us. Many products, lotions, potions and nutritional vitamin supplements are offered as the be all cure all to help you lose weight fast. The reality is there are just a few things that work and they have worked throughout time. The first is to eat a healthy high fiber low fat diet. The second is to exercise regularly. You can add nutritional vitamin supplements to enhance your diet and build you up where you may be deficient. But there are no miracle fixes. One thing is sure if you do not eliminate you can not lose weight. This is how you can become regular, lose weight and stay healthy.

Eliminate to Lose Weight.

If you do not eliminate and are not regular you have a build up of toxic waste in your system. This build up of toxic waste causes weight gain but worse than that it helps cause many diseases. You could develop problems with your intestines, kidneys or liver to name a few. Your blood would be contaminated and cause high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and cancer to name a few issues. The list of medical issues are endless if you do not rid your body of its toxic waste. Once you have not been regular for a while it is imperative that you cleanse your entire digestive system. There are many products that claim to help cleanse your colon but most fail to cleanse your entire digestive system. I recommend Advocare Herbal Cleanse to purify your entire digestive system and remove the toxic waste from your body. Once you cleanse and detoxify your system you will immediately drop a few pounds and become more regular.

Eat a Healthy Diet.

Obedience is better than sacrifice. God said in Genesis 1:2 9… “I give you every seed bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed it it. They are to be yours for food.” This means fruit and vegetables. If we eat a healthy diet of fruit and vegetables we are eating a high fiber low fat diet. This diet not only keeps you regular but keeps you healthy and keeps the excess weight off. Fruit is high in energy and high in fiber. Eat dark green leafy vegetables for for their nutritious content and because they help keep you regular. Greens of all kinds, Kale and Spinach are all excellent choices. You can and should cleanse your body every 90 days with Advocare Herbal Cleanse, but if you are eating right, buy eating a diet that is at least 60% to 70% fruit and vegetables with nuts, whole grains and beans you will be regular. This means you limit the amount of meat you eat. Or avoid meat altogether. We do not need it.

Drink Plenty of Water.

Just as important as what you eat is what you drink. You must drink water to keep your system flushed of toxic waste. You must drink plenty of water at least a gallon or more per day depending on your weight. The more you weight and the more you exercise the more water you should drink. At least a gallon a day. This means you avoid soda and alcohol as well as other processed drinks. Drink water, natural teas and fresh juice.

A healthy high fiber low fat diet of lots of fresh fruit and vegetables plus drinking plenty of water will keep you regular. This diet will help you to eliminate the toxic waste from your system increase your metabolism to help you burn fat and of course lose weight. You must drink plenty of water and exercise regularly. If you do not have 2 movements a day your diet needs to change. Start with the Herbal Cleanse and continue to live a healthy lifestyle and you will eliminate and lose weight.
