When you eat fruit it is converted to a “good” sugar that goes directly into your blood stream and gives you energy. That is is you eat it on an empty stomach and not with other foods. Otherwise your fruit is mixed with other foods that goes through the digestive process and you never get the full benefits of the energy weight loss and detoxification. Your food could actually be soured by the fruit and may cause a toxic build up in you intestines. But by eating fruit alone it will cleanse and detoxify your colon.

Fruit for Healthy Weight Loss

When you eat fruit on an empty stomach you get energy, increased metabolism, internal cleansing and full. You add minimum calories but high in nutrition and energy to keep you going.
