Healthy Weight Loss Program
To eat right has long been known as a key component to a healthy weight loss program. To have the best body you can, be fit, healthy and live longer you must eat right and exercise regularly. Not only is what you eat important, but how you eat it as well. So it is with fruit. To unlock all the positive benefits of eating fruit when and how you eat is so important.
Fruit is the Most Important Food
No other food group provides you energy, fiber, weight loss, detoxification, immune boosters, overall health and longevity like fruit. But you must eat your fruit fresh, raw and on an empty stomach. Fresh and raw fruit are the best because they have the greatest amount of nutrients and if grown organically, then no pesticides, herbicides or other chemicals. Cooking fruit kills much of its nutrients. Canned fruit becomes processed food with additives and preservatives as well as minimal nutritional benefit. Frozen fruit may be better than canned or cooked yet not as good as fresh.
Eat Fruit on an Empty Stomach
When you eat fruit it is converted to a “good” sugar that goes directly into your blood stream and gives you energy. That is is you eat it on an empty stomach and not with other foods. Otherwise your fruit is mixed with other foods that goes through the digestive process and you never get the full benefits of the energy weight loss and detoxification. Your food could actually be soured by the fruit and may cause a toxic build up in you intestines. But by eating fruit alone it will cleanse and detoxify your colon.
Fruit for Healthy Weight Loss
When you eat fruit on an empty stomach you get energy, increased metabolism, internal cleansing and full. You add minimum calories but high in nutrition and energy to keep you going. Fruit is high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, nutrients and water. Fruit and vegetables are God’s perfect food. Eating fruit for the above reasons help you lose weight and keep it off naturally.
Eat Fruit
Have an apple a day, strawberries and blue berries for breakfast. Eat a banana for a morning snack. Have watermelon as an afternoon treat. Eat an orange anytime you need a little energy. Whichever fruit you like; cantaloupes, grapes, or grapefruit, eat them daily. Eat them on an empty stomach.
Be Blessed.
Be a Blessing.
