The Rave Diet has proven to reverse and prevent heart disease, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, and a long list of diseases including obesity. You can choose to avoid disease and live a healthy lifestyle with more energy, mental awareness, emotional balance and spiritual clarity by changing what you eat. As simple as we can say it, the rave diet is not just a vegetarian or vegan diet. Actually it is much more than that. The Rave Diet is:
- R: No Refined Foods
- A: No Animal Based Foods (No Meat, Fish or Poultry)
- V:No Vegetable Oils
- E: No Excuse Period. EXERCISE
Most of what people hate about diets is what they can not eat. This is the same. No refined food, no animal based foods, no vegetable oils, no excuses. But, before we delve into the NO’s there is a big YES. Bolded and in all caps EXERCISE. Just as important as your diet is the fact that you must, must, must exercise. As we review each letter in R.A.V.E. we will discuss what you should eat and should not eat on The Rave Diet.
Do not eat refined foods. That is another word for saying avoid processed foods. That includes dairy as well. Your diet should be all natural. Natural is what comes out of the ground. Fresh fruit and raw vegetables, whole grains, nuts and beans along with herbs spices and teas. All fresh, preferably organic foods. Do not eat processed, canned, chemically, genetically or physically altered foods in any way. These foods lead to disease. Fresh Plant Food Lead to health. Choose.
No animal based foods at all. Lean is better than fat portions. Poultry and fish are better than red meat. We really do not need to discuss pork as a healthy food, regardless of the current propaganda (advertising campaigns). But, they are all bad for you. If there is a fire you are trying to put out, would you add a gallon of fuel to put out the fire, a quart of fuel, pint of fuel, or a cup of fuel? Which would put out the flame? This is very simple. Avoid all animal based foods and your immune system can heal you and prevent disease. Or you can choose the speed of your demise based on the amount of fuel you choose to add to the flame.
No vegetable oils. This is so important because of the fats. Good fats or bad fats, we all need to reduce the fat we eat. There is adequate fats for your bodies in fruit and vegetables (little or none). Excess fat produces cholesterol which truly is a leading cause of many diseases, not just heart disease. Avoid vegetable oils, butter and margarine. None of them are natural. Natural non refined olive oils, flax seed oils and oils from natural nuts are best for you.
No excuses. EXERCISE. No Excuses. EXERCISE. No Excuses. EXERCISE.
Enough Said.
God created us to eat the fruit of the ground as our meat. God created us to work physically, even in the Garden. The further we get from that the further we get from health and a long and abundant life. The choice is yours we can not go against the will of God and expect no consequences. Yet we can repent and seek him while he may be found.
