Healthy Weight Loss Program

Healthy weight loss can be easy as 1, 2, 3. These are the steps to a successful weight loss program. To often we make losing weight and keeping it off an unnecessarily complicated process. To make it easy follow a simple step by step plan that will ensure our personal goals to lose weight are met. As a quick overview I will lay out the steps for your healthy weight loss program.

Step #1 Motivation:

Write out your weight loss motivation. If you truly want to lose weight and keep it off your motivation must be personal and written out. You should refer to your motivation often. Refer to your motivation at least daily.

Step #2 Goals:

Write out your weight loss goals with your motivation. Your goals are what you want to accomplish and your motivation is why you want to accomplish your goals. With no goals your weight loss program has no direction.

Step #3 Action Plan:

This is where the rubber meets the road. These are the strategies you will use daily to meet you weight loss goals. Your action plan must include how you will eat a healthy diet, exercise daily and the natural nutritional vitamin supplements you will use as part of your plan. These are the daily details of what you will do to meet your weight loss goals.

Step #4 Journal:

As you have noticed everything should be written. Not only do you write your motivation, goals and action plan; but you should keep a journal of your daily activities to determine that you are following the plan and what you are actually doing. The Journal is necessary to see where you are going and what you are doing. Your journal is also an accountability tool.

Step #5 Review and Revise:

As you go on your weight loss journey you should periodically review and revise your action plan. We see what we are doing and not doing. We see what is too easy and too hard in our goals as well. We evaluate our success and our shortcomings. Then we revise our plan and maybe even our goals. This should all be done periodically to coincide with milestones and short term goals. This is not just a weekly weigh in, more like a monthly complete program evaluation.

Finally

Following the step by step healthy weight loss program you will meet your weight loss goals. Your journey starts with: knowing and writing your motivation; establishing achievable goals; setting forth a comprehensive weight loss action plan; writing in your journal your daily eating, exercise and supplementation; and a periodic review of your success. These are the steps to success. Do this for ninety days and this will become a way of life. To take off the weight and keep it off requires your healthy weight loss program to be a way a life. This does not mean you will journal your entire life, because you will develop positive habits that will help live a healthy happy longer life.

Be Blessed. Be a Blessing.

Healthy Weight Loss Program: Accountability Partner

Healthy Weight Loss Program

The components of a healthy weight loss program are still the same. We all need to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly and use nutritional vitamin supplements. These are keys to a successfully lose weight. The other factors that we must consider is to drink plenty of water, get lots of fresh air, limit stress in our lives and to sleep. We need 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily to rejuvenate our bodies. If we do all of these things we will be successful in achieving our goals.

Weight Loss Goals

So we know what to do, we know what works, and we have established our weight loss goals. Does that equal success? Is it automatic that we will lose weight even when we follow a proven system? Of course success is not guaranteed. The main reason is us. Though we laid out a plan that will work and we have personal motivation to succeed success is still not sure. There are two things we can do to increase the likelihood of our success. First, we can establish a reward system for ourselves.

Reward

As we accomplish small goals reward yourself to keep on track and to pat yourself on the back. The rewards can be small and they should never be something that takes us away from our program. For instance if you like music then buy a CD as a treat for accomplishing a goal. For something larger go to a play or movie. Better yet, have someone treat you. What ever you do not reward yourself with a something forbidden on your menu. Do not reward yourself by taking a day off from your regular exercise. How about go walk or jog along the lake or someplace special as a reward.

Accountability

We do not punish ourselves if we do not meet our goals but we must be accountable. So the opposite of rewarding yourself in this instance is to have someone else reward you. There are a few ways you can make yourself accountable to meet your personal goals. Start off writing your long and short term goals down. Use them as daily reminders. Place your overall goal and weekly goal on the refrigerator, bathroom mirror, computer screen or wherever you will be constantly reminded. Next let the world know about them. When you tell the world what you are going to do it makes you accountable to doing it. Now do not brag or be brash but be confident as you share your goals. Most importantly get an accountability partner. Someone you can share with who will motivate and encourage you. Your accountability partner will not be a yes man though. They should tell you when you are falling off and need to get back on task. Yes your accountability partner will primarily encourage you and should be someone you have a close relationship with. They must be respect. But they are not to coddle you. They are someone you can be accountable to as well as being accountable to yourself. Your accountability partner will also be the one to reward you for a job well done and a goal accomplished.

As such the success of your healthy weight loss program could very well be dependent on a reliable accountability partner. They are an invaluable member of your personal team. Get One.

Be Blessed. Be a Blessing.
